1.Downloads of softcopies and electronic books are either directly or indirectly within our website. The delivery of these services to clients its purely online in form of softcopy downloads. The downloads will be offered in two ways:-

I) The customer will be given a URL to download directly from our website or

ii) The customer will provide us with his or her e-mail address so that we can send the softcopies to your e-mail address. Here you will gain access to downloads within your e-mail address. (We prefer this option for personalized delivery of the downloads).

2.Payment of softcopies and other services is strictly via M~PESA to Safaricom subscribers. For other mobile network subscribers payment is by use of bankers cheque or direct cash deposit.

3.Advertisement of any kind of business and the message contained in the advert should bind to strict codes of the advertising industry and should not contain any defamatory message that may cause legal action by those directly or indirectly affected by the advert. Advertisement of any pornographic sites or materials is strictly forbidden within our website.

4.SAYKOM Digital Communication Network reserves the right to change the content appearing in this website, accept, reject, amend, revise or terminate any service, either in consultation or without giving prior reasons for doing so.


5.Any booking of a product or service made online is automatically entered into our database and a feedback sent back to the client whereby, once your booking is confirmed. You will be required to pay the cost of the product or service within 72 hours or upon making consultation on when the payment can be made. (This clause does not apply to downloads of softcopies. These services require prompt payment for you to gain access to the downloads).

6.No form of refund shall be offered upon the expiry of the maximum specified period of time on when the service is supposed to be claimed. For advertisers; Customers are advised to consult on when they expect their adverts to be posted on our website.

7.All other charges that are levied for provision of services and do not address downloads and advertising are subject to clause 2 above.

8.The content appearing on this website, the software, the design, company logo,adverts,information,photos,buttons or any interactive component on this site is the property of SAYKOM Digital Communication Network and at no time will it be used, copied or redistributed without prior knowledge or permission.
